Step 1 Start by adding cooked beetroot into your shaker, muddling to break it up. Add all your other ingredients to a shaker and shake as hard as you humanly can for 20 seconds to smash all the beetroot inside. Step 2 Strain through a fine strainer over ice and top with soda. Garnish with a slice of beetroot and serve.
