StinkyFish Challenge Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a comprehensive return policy to ensure your peace of mind.

Return Period

  • Standard Returns: 30 days from delivery date
  • Holiday Returns: Items purchased between November 15 and December 31 can be returned until January 30

Return Conditions

  • Items must be unopened and in original packaging
  • Products must be in resalable condition
  • Original receipt or proof of purchase required
  • Perishable items (opened surströmming) cannot be returned for health and safety reasons

Return Process

  1. Contact our customer service team at returns@stinkyfishchallenge.com
  2. Receive your Return Authorization Number (RAN)
  3. Pack items securely in original packaging
  4. Include RAN and copy of receipt
  5. Ship to our returns center (prepaid label provided)

Refund Information

  • Full refund for unopened items
  • Refunds processed within 5-7 business days of receipt
  • Original shipping costs refunded for defective items
  • Refund issued to original payment method

Free Return Shipping

We provide prepaid return labels for all US orders. International returns may incur shipping costs.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide photos of damage
  • Receive immediate replacement or full refund
  • No need to return damaged items

Exceptions

  • Opened food products cannot be returned
  • Custom or personalized items are final sale
  • Items marked as “Final Sale” cannot be returned
